Thank you for choosing OC Handmade!
- All of our personalized items are made to order and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Non-personalized items are eligible for a refund or can be exchanged for another item within 5 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you are approved for a refund, the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Apparel: Please note that youth colors may vary slightly from adult colors.
